STAFF TEAM LEADERS (3)
Position is a full time commitment of 9 weeks. Position is, basically supervisory
and evaluatory in nature. Must possess Class B license or be willing to go through
provided driver training and be a driver of a route on a daily basis. Staff Supervisors
are responsible for a group of approximately 15 counselors and assistant staff.
Staff Supervisors are responsible for the groups of children assigned to the counselors
in all aspects of the camp day i.e. Counselors of Grades 6-8, Counselors of Grades 4-5,
Counselors of Grade 3, Counselors of Grade 2, Counselors of Grades K-1.
Must be able to assist assigned counselors with daily camp policies and procedures,
area procedures, program ideas and implementation, camper control, discipline techniques
and group management and communication with parents when needed. Must assist Director
in supervision of the lunch area at various times during the day. Must be able to oversee and
manage group lost and found program and camper morning "Circle Time". Must be able to,
under the direction of supervisor, evaluate both formally and informally all counselors,
assistants and junior staff assigned to them.

INCLUSION COORDINATOR
Position is a full time commitment of 9 weeks. Position is, basically

PROGRAM TEAM LEADERS (2)
Responsible for the physical operation of the daily program special
events (under direct supervision of Camp Director), supervision of selected
activity areas, plus a variety of administrative tasks. The tasks
are divided amongst two individuals. They are; but not limited to:
organizing and implementing daily program (Themes change weekly),
beach trips, camper awards, lost and found, daily directives, riddle

CAMPER IN LEADERSHIP TRAINING COUNSELOR
Leadership experience at Cali-Camp in a Sr. Camp Counselor position
for at least one summer is a plus, but not mandatory. Must be able
