SO you want to work at Camp
Being a Cali Camp Counselor or Specialist takes a ton of energy, patience, grit, enthusiasm, spunk, creativity, compassion and endurance! Think you have what it takes?
Some general requirements are as follows:
- All Senior Camp Staff positions require that you be at least 18 years of age and/or have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- All Assistant staff positions are available to those who are 16 or 17 years old, and have completed at least one year of leadership training either in the Cali Camp Junior Leader Program or in another camps' leadership program.
- Team Leaders must be at least 21 years old, and a Bachelors Degree is preferred but not required.
