Rock Climbing (Climbing
Wall grades
3-9, Big Rock Traverse K-2):
- Our Big Rock is both breathtaking and filled with exciting activity.
- Campers of all ages learn techniques traverse climbing on Big
Rock.
- Older campers, grades 3-9 may try the 20 foot climbing wall
with ropes, harnesses and helmets.
- Variety of heights are available for campers of all ages.
- Campers also have the opportunity to meet with our Rock Climbing
Specialist twice a week out in the High Adventure area.

| All have the option of staying with the
rest of their group and participating in regularly scheduled activities. |
Group Challenge Course (Grades K-9): |
- Groups participate in the low level challenge course experience
weekly.
- Campers learn and practice balance, agility and coordination
skills close to the ground.
- Lots of personalized encouragement and self-confidence building.
- Variety of low level elements including: incline tags, tight
rope walking, group teeter-totter, group initiative scenarios.
- Trained counselors provide many new adventure games in addition
to the challenge experiences.

High Ropes Course (Grades 3-9): |
- Campers from each group can choose to participate in the high
ropes course experience twice each week.
- Campers learn and practice balance, agility and coordination
skills 25 feet above the ground with our fully trained Ropes Course
Adventure Specialists.
- Everyone wears the maximum in safety equipment.
- Lost of personalized encouragement and self-confidence building.
- Variety of elements including: climbing routes, incline logs
and zip lines.

- The bamboo grows wild and campers are even wilder about it
- “Hide and seek” takes on new meaning among the bamboo
trees and branches
- Campers bond while building bamboo tables and chairs together
- Balance and coordination skills skyrocket on the low-level,
creekside natural sand bar

Nature study was never as much fun as it is HERE:
- Endless list of topics, from prehistoric times to wildlife
to even space travel
- Cali-Camps nature program has taught "Going Green" for years
- Learn about the Indians of Topanga, flora, fauna and much more
- Hands-on experiences abound, including our goats, sheep, ducks,
rabbits, piglet and even a calf
- A dedicated nature hut is down in the creek bed, a quiet world
of its own
